Beautiful, lovely room with bathroom and the balcony, as example, amazing location. Setting right by the historical Plaza Mayor, the most beautiful plaza of Madrid, and the centre of Madrid. Btw, located in the square😃

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful Plaza Mayor in this city. The view from our balcony was amazing. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The staff, especially Michel, were helpful and friendly. He provided us with lots of information before our trip and even assisted us with our luggage. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located close to all amenities and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They're super cozy and have air-conditioning, which is a lifesaver during those hot summer days in Madrid. Plus, the free WiFi is a godsend for someone like me who loves to stay connected.

Personally, I didn't really use the kitchen in the property. But hey, that's just me.

I always keep coming back to this cozy place. The staff helped me with late checkin on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, cookware, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The laundry service is a bonus. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Personally, I found the coffee machine in the room to be a bit tricky to use. But hey, that's just my taste.

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping views, super friendly and helpful staff, well-stocked and clean accommodations, excellent communication before and during our stay, lots of nearby bars and restaurants.

Facilities worked perfectly, including shower gel, tea, and coffee. Incredible location overlooking main tourist attraction, easy walking distance to everything. Highly recommended.

Stairs were a bit challenging.

The view from the apartment overlooking the bustling plaza was absolutely breathtaking! The atmosphere was electric and it was so convenient to have a big food market, supermarket, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We loved the option to either eat out or bring food back to enjoy on the balcony or at the lounge room table. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and having a private bathroom was a nice touch. We felt incredibly safe and secure on the second floor. Michel, the host, was always available and extremely helpful. It was an unforgettable experience to be right in the heart of the action!

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
